  • After a light breakfast (and coffee of course) Saturday morning begins with yoga along the shore. Once distressing our bodies, a relaxing chakra guided meditation will bring the clarity of mind and body together.

Next we will embrace our water access for a lesson on H20 energy featuring a packed lunch and some sunshine. Saturday afternoon guests will learn to express their inner thoughts, feelings and emotions through mandala art therapy. This lesson will be inspired by the guests own personal morning meditation. We will cap the day off with a sound bath meditation lead by our certified sound and crystal healer.

Saturday night it’s a Girls gathering with a fun feast and a Ladies night around the fire to chat and unwind from the busy day. Complete with a fire release ceremony.

  • Yoga has been practiced for thousands of years, and whilst many different interpretations and styles have been developed, most tend to agree that the ultimate goal of yoga is to achieve liberation from suffering. Although each school or tradition of yoga has its own emphasis and practices, most focus on bringing together body, mind and breath as a means of altering energy or shifting consciousness.

  • Meditation, which is the practice of focused concentration, bringing yourself back to the moment over and over again, actually addresses stress, whether positive or negative." Meditation can also reduce the areas of anxiety, chronic pain, depression, heart disease and high blood pressure.

  • During a sound bath, the brainwave state is altered from normal waking state (beta) to relaxed state (alpha), dreamlike state (theta), and even restorative state (delta). As the mind and body relax, the heart rate and blood pressure decrease and our breathing become deeper.

A sound bath meditation helps you focus on the present moment and clear your mind of distractions. It can help you get rid of negative emotions, like anger and frustration. It can help you achieve deeper states of relaxation, which can lead to better sleep, reduced stress levels, and improved moods.

  • Art therapy is a tool therapists use to help patients interpret, express, and resolve their emotions and thoughts. Patients work with an art therapist to explore their emotions, understand conflicts or feelings that are causing them distress, and use art to help them find resolutions to those issues.
